Refund policy

EXCHANGES

Products purchased from Villea’s online store may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and retain their original labels and tags. Upon approval, customers will receive a coupon code equal to the value of the item, valid for one-time use on future purchases.

This policy applies to local orders only.

• For international orders, exchanges are accepted only if an incorrect or a faulty product was delivered.
• Sale items cannot be exchanged unless an error occurred in the order.
• Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
• Villea is not liable for colour fading, print damage, or fabric issues resulting from washing or improper care. 

PROCEDURE FOR EXCHANGE

Villea does not offer cash refunds. However, exchanges can be processed within 7 days by emailing support@shopvillea.com or reaching us on WhatsApp at +92 304 757 0623.

Please return the product to the following address:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, you’ll receive a coupon code for future use.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order provided that the said order has not been processed. Once shipped, the exchange policy applies.

Villea reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock shortages, pricing errors, or declined payments.
